I tried calling several times but could not get anyone from service on the phone to discuss this.
I had my car in on 6/2/25 for a transmission fluid change. When I was on the highway this morning going to work I noticed my hood was shaking up and down like it was trying to open.
I was able to pull over anð noticed that who ever worked on my car at Bommarito yesterday did not close my hood completely.
Who ever worked on my car put me in a very dangerous and scary position and I'm thankful I didn't get in an accident due to my hood potentially blowing open.
I didn't notice it when I left the dealership because I didn't travel the highway home and was not driving at a high rate of speed.
I'm very dissatisfied with your service department and the person you had working on my car.

I told Scott and I have told others. Bommarito Toyota is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with and from now on since Toyota is the make of car I trust, I will be doing business with Bommarito for as long as I can! Everyone is exceptional!!!!
