I was satisfied of the service today but the service I had on a previous day upset me. The screws holding the front black part of the front bumper were left out. Lazy service not to put all screws back. Why? Had those reinstalled just before I came to your dealership by another dealership that had left them and bolts that hold the plate below the engine to protect it.

Scott Dunigan is always so professional / Friendly, he informs me on the concerns that come up on my vehicle, he points them out to keep me in the knowing, he also encourages me to get them done, however without any pressure.. I feel like he is really down to Earth, and that is what I really like about Scott, I feel like I can trust him when he tells me the issues with my vehicle. Thank You.

Josip was very nice. The waiting room is really nice and comfortable. The treats are great. I spilled my coffee and asked for assistance. The young man was very nice and helpful. I am sorry I didnot get his name.
