Everything working on A/C. Light comes on, it's blowing etc...just doesn't get cold, freon right? I was told $250 just for them to DIAGNOSE. RIDICULOUS!!! Feel like I was spoken to off-beat, too firm because I was a woman. Them NOT knowing I held a CLASS A-CDL. Semi tractor-trailer, all over the US, and held that CLASS A since 2006. I say this because, they NEVER answered my question. I asked could they just put freon in, and how much would it cost. Still don't know, but it doesn't matter. I called Toyota-Hampton where I bought the car from, and I have an appointment tomorrow.

They were very busy that day and it took longer than usual but that wasn’t Josip’s fault.
Was lied to about price for front camera recalibration. The lady told me 199 then I came in thru said 275. Had me waiting for over 2 hours then the final price was $305. When my car was finished the service rep said my car was right outside the customer service exit but my car was parked all the all the way back in the lot about 5 rows down. As I entered my car, my glovebox was opened with personal belongings on the passenger floor mat.
Let’s be clear this dealership is by far the best in customer service but as we are all humans we are open to mistakes . When I arrived a specifically ask the young man to not wash my car and how important that was to me. Of course when my car was ready it was wash and I. was already there because the last oil change they did not put the correct miles on my sticker and did not reset my maintenance light . So as much as I love my dealership this particular time was not a 5 star but I was giving a free oil change and tire rotation so a 4 star is in order
