I used to go to Newboldt Toyota in O’Fallon IL. Their customer service started to fall off. I am super happy to see that it is not Toyota wide. Leland was super friendly, explained everything from start to finish, left no question unanswered. I have definitely found my new Toyota service department

I am completely satisfied with the work that this dealership does for me. But when you have an appointment at 10:30, and all you’re looking for is an emissions inspection, I don’t think it should take an hour and 15 minutes. Thank you.

The contents of my vehicle were all over the place when I picked it up. Antique wooden table legs that were on my rear seat were all on the floor. Second time in one month that my vehicle was serviced here and both times I was not satisfied with the condition the vehicle was returned to me. Last time my seat position was all out of adjustment, the a/c controls were changed, the radio was messed with, etc.

The only thing is after you make an appointment why take a long time eispecially, if you’re waiting there otherwise everything is good. All the stuff is nice welcoming I like it
