I've had my vehicle serviced there for years however,today I came in to have my AC checked and after the the diagnostic l didn't expect such a expensive estimate so l put the work on hold. When I got into my car l discovered that the AC didn't work at all. Before I came to Bommarito service Dept. the ac was working and cooling ok, now it only blows hot air.

I didn't like that I scheduled a 6:45 am appointment online for me to wait 15 minutes for the shop to open at 7 am.
Josip, went above and beyond for me. Corporations seem to really beat the the type of enthusiasm Josip has for good customer service, right out of an employee. Josip has that enthusiasm and I hope your leadership at Bomarritos dealership are inspiring and leading this young man to greatness, and not just being “managers”. After my previous experience, Josip more than renewed my faith in your organization.
The service rep was great with explaining entities to me, warranty, recommended services and extra work that was needed right away. He was busy but he didn't rush anyone else in line including myself.
