I’m too angry to articulate what I feel about your “service” . However you have lost my business FOREVER…you won’t get another penny from me for repairs or a new car or a previously owned car for as long as I live, I will also recommend anyone I know to avoid doing business with you.Don’t bother trying to “correct” the issue, with some form letter with a bogus signature of someone “important” who “cares” about customer service. I will never be satisfied, I have lost time, and money because I trusted your business to repair my car, instead you ignored my problem of the check engine light, and decided to change the oil instead, which left me with still not knowing what the more severe issue of a check engine light, that NOW I have to spend even more of MY TIME AND MONEY, to get corrected… I’m not a car guy and I know if the check engine light is on deal with that FIRST, and not an **** OIL CHANGE.. How **** dumb are your employees to not run the diagnostic’s FIRST, fix whatever that is and THEN DO A **** OIL CHANGE… the OIL CHANGE WAS THE ABSOLUTE LEAST OF MY CONCERNS. Yet you decided to make that a priority and I really don’t think I needed to tell the people who fix cars regularly how to prioritize what needs to be done first on a car, if the check engine light is on, that is a priority over a **** OIL CHANGE!!
