Everything, from the greeting to the completion was extremely focused on customer service and care. Had tires rotated. Didn’t check and put in proper tire pressure. Right front tire is making a loud and disturbing noise. Other services performed appear okay. My phone call to ask about my above mentioned concerns has not been returned.

My car is not fixed, and even after a 20 minute conversation with Mr. Jenkins, I do not understand why Bommarito Toyota is unwilling to ask the Toyota engineers for the next step in diagnosing the issue. It is unreasonable to say there is no next step when it is (or should be) quite clear that driving another 24 Camry to see if it also has the issue does nothing to help diagnose the issue. When I bought the car, there was no shudder. Now, 1.5 years later, there is. Toyota dhould be able to fix it.

I only bring my vehicles to you because I thought it was more professional but this experience really made me think how it is the same as everywhere else no professionalism. Anyway the issues were fixed after going back - I could give you a rate of 1.5 and would not encourage anyone to take their vehicles to you.
Repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Antonio was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience and will highly recommend Bommarito to other Toyota owners.
Antonio French was excellent. However, having to pay a $200 fee to show your mechanic where the problem was is a completely unreasonable money grab. This “fee” should be applied to the cost of the repair.
I paid for an inspection and they typed the wrong model on the paperwork. I already had to come up there twice to get a second inspection which was required according to the driver’s license office. Too much back and forth. I need to be compensated for something with you all. It’s always something at this dealership. That’s the reason you don’t see me often I take my business elsewhere to another Toyota dealership. I get discounts, they are more knowledgeable, and much better service. However, the one thing I did appreciate today was I didn’t have to wait too long.
My issue was not resolved because the sound could not be reproduced.But everyone at the shop is always friendly and helpful and recurious and they do a good job.
