Very informative and helpful with understanding my maintenance
One of the reasons why I decided to take my vehicle to Bommario for the first time is because in my previous dealership, the service was poor quality with poor quality products. I have always been a person who likes to use high quality and performance oils, and one of the reasons why I chose Toyota Bommarito is because on their website it said that they used genuine Toyota oil. Which was not the case. When I arrived, the service representative told me that they used Castrol oil which surprised me because I have had bad experiences with that oil. Then he told me that he didn't know exactly so he decided to call someone, which that person told him that they used Mobil 1. I decided to accept my service because Mobil 1 is one of the oils I trust. To my surprise, after the service, I realized that they used Valvoline oil. Which left me dissatisfied because if I had wanted a valvoline oil, I would’ve taken it to a 5-minute oil change. Faster and maybe cheaper. First time and probably the last one.
Mr Jenkins was pleasant, friendly and I trusted him. All work was done to my satisfaction.
Daniel always takes care of my car. Got out of there much quicker than expected.

Every thing went well except Monday is busy there was a long wait even with scheduling. Next time I will probably try to come after Monday.
