Mr. French is a multi tasking man. We had a good laugh, his smile is genuine. I believe he truly enjoys his position at Bommarti Toyota! People like him make fun to get service for my Tundra! Thank youcall!!!

Good job but I think that the technician should have did test drive before returning it to me that is the only problem I have with the service today

My TPMS light was on when I came in. I mentioned it to the service advisor who said it would be checked out. Later, I was contacted and told an ‘inspection’ had been done, and some big ticket items were suggested for repair. Nothing mentioned about the TPMS. When I came in to pick up the car, again nothing mentioned about TPMS. Drove the car away, and the light was still on. Had to go back to the dealer and after being ‘re-checked’ was informed the sensor was broken and would cost another $189 to replace. No thanks!
Would be nice to have a shuttle home or offered a loan vehicle during service..
Otherwise the service was excellent! Staff polite and efficient.

Poor communication on status of repair. Took 4 calls to get a person to talk to yesterday. Left a voice message and it was returned 24 hours later. Been a customer at that location since 1980 and never experienced that before.
Always have the best experience every since i brought my car last summer!
Scott and the crew were courteous and they got my vehicle ready very quickly!
