Went in for simply safty inspection. Waited 1 hour and 15 mins. Technician (Jay)didn't confirm anything with me, like my address and so he got it wrong. Came back in to get paperwork but had to to bring the car in and do it all over again. Had to wait another 15 mins. Never coming back there or doing business there again.

The firs invoice presented to me showed a charge for the battery replacement which was covered under warranty, but Leland corrected it.

I appreciated him listening to my concerns and not brushing it off just because it may be minor. Example enough air in tires to keep air pressure light from coming on He respected this senior concern

Josip Dragic was an outstanding service representative. Very professional in all aspects: scheduling, explaining services needed and not needed, establishing the time required, explaining the billing, asking if I had any questions, and directing me to the place where my washed car was waiting. A very pleasant experience today at Bommarito /Toyota .
