My car was not washed and it was warm enough outside. This is the second time that happened. They did not put a new sticker on my windshield for the next service with the mileage. The mileage listed in my sheet today was 800 miles more than my actual miles. It took over 2 hours for a tire rotation and a fuel induction service. Advisor was polite.
He was great! Very helpful and kept me informed.

Josip did a fine job. No issues with Josip, but I do not appreciate being talked to like a child by whoever was sitting in the middle service desk this morning. No need to reach out - I’ll be taking my car elsewhere for my service needs. The 30 minute drive was not worth it!

I don’t know if they checked my tire pressure like I asked but the low tire pressure light is still on. I had to honk my horn to find my car, 2 rows over, to find my car when they were done. It was a nice service when they used to drive your car up and keep it running for a person. I couldn’t even see my car
