I will definitely fill out! Daniel is always attentive and i appreciate that. I have one issue but it’s not on or about Daniel. Why is there a surcharge for customers using their credit card. I believe that unfair especially if we use your service department constantly! That is not customer appreciation!! At all!!

Poor communication: The shop failed to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. 2. Overcharging: They billed me for unnecessary repairs and inflated labor costs. 3. Subpar workmanship: The repairs were done incorrectly, leading to additional problems. 4. Unprofessional staff: The mechanics and management were dismissive and unhelpful.

I am happy with the service team I'm a but I'm happy with the sales team. At time of purchase the sales team told me I would not have to incur any costs But every time I come in for service there's things I have to pay for.
