I spent $1488. On a water pump. Bad start, but $988 for labor on a job that took less the 4 hours seems a bit much. I told them that I had other warnings on the dash to see my dealer. Which is why I came there instead of having the local shop fix it. When I got home. I still have the warning to see my dealer. After I was told there were no other codes and that they were all cleared out. Then I realized my windshield fluid was empty. Granted it is my wife’s car so I didn’t know, but for a major service like this I would have thought you could have topped off the washer fluid.
I have to bring my vehicle back to see why I am having the same trouble again
Steve does an excellent job. You should reward with him with either a promotion, or better pay. He is an excellent employee/representative of Toyota service.

A real people's person very nice, cool and knowledgeable with customers answers questions and making sure customers needs are taking care of etc and not only him Steve and the other guy next to him is too. Bommarito service always takes such good care of my car. The people who check me in/out are always so courteous. I always stay with my car, and they are also very timely.
Mr. Jenkins was very prompt to check in my car. He informed me of recommend repair(s) before my scheduled repair. He asked if I wanted the recommend repair done while I was there. He was very thorough
