We travel 30 minutes for service because of the great customer service

I came in for a routine maintenance tire rotation that signaled maintenance was due on my dashboard, however I was also recommended that a Fuel Induction should be completed, in which I had that completed as well. Upon leaving to go home on the highway, I realized my tire pressure light started to blink then went solid as if I needed air in one or several of my tires, I called to report this concern, and was asked to bring my vehicle back in, I did so the next day, and explained the situation, air was put in my tires, my light went off, left to go back home my light appeared back onagsin…I am very frustrated, now I am being told to bring it back in to check the sensors in my tires and if one is out I will be out of $180.00 or so, my chief complaint is my light was never on when I brought my vehicle in, and I feel something went wrong upon my truck being serviced, this has also been very a big inconvenience to me, being that I live in East Saint Louis, IL to have to keep traveling back over to Bommarito in which I purchased my truck from , and value the trust of the service, and I am a loyal customer. Now this constant issue, and this needs to be rectified by the service team and not out of my pocket.

He did a great job and even washed my car! That was so nice! I was there for an oil change. He checked my tires and fluids and got me out of there fast for the holidays. I'm very grateful they even got me in there today; I'm traveling tomorrow.
