I had taken my vehicle to another shop and
was told I needed about two thousand dollars
worth of work! Well I remembered my sister
had taken her vehicle to BOMMARITO about
10 years ago and she stated that they were
HONEST and got TOYOTA to stand behind their
car and reputation. Needless to says I then
test drove my car with "MIKE" and the noise
I was hearing was no longer there? He had me
to drive further up the road and no noise or rough riding UNBELIEVEABLE! Mike did not make
me feel like I had lost my mind! However he
just said I will get another tech to look at
it again and make sure he didnt miss
anything. "MIKE HAS THE BOMMARITO TOUCH"
My car is driving like a new car! I THANK

I had to request a different sales person to complete my sale at this car dealership. The first I came, drove a car that was actually sold. I parked the vehicle. And walked away and was looking at another vehicle. The sales person told me to get back in the vehicle and drive it where I tell you to drive it. Then I actually test drove another vehicle. I came back and made some extremely rude comments to me because I want to compare the 4 runner to the Honda passport. I came back the next day and requested another sales person and just wanted the experience over. Not what I expected when spending $40 thousand dollars down on a vehicle.
Kaleb made sure to check the car's history, which enabled me to get a discount. He also made sure that my service is up to date. He is very friendly and helpful!

Terrible service. Won’t be coming back. Have gone here for over 5 years. Had an appt for 12:45 and didn’t leave until after 2:30. The only service I was getting was a tire rotation so a quick service. After waiting almost 2 hours they came out to say they couldn’t even do the service. Unbelievable and not acceptable at all. Our business will be going elsewhere.
