In my opinion it is disrespectful to come in for service and the representative is eating breakfast. Shouldn't that have been done in an employee break room. In addition why is a fee charged to use my credit card to pay for the service?

I am very satisfied with Scott's service and he is great in doing his job. however I found my steering wheel tilted to the right, for a slight degree, but need to constantly steering toward left to correct it....I will need to bring back my SUV for another check.
