Business as usual and great service from Scott!
Scott always takes great care of me whenever it comes to servicing my vehicle, I have been coming here for years now & Scott is the best I’ve had. I’m always informed of the status of my vehicle and he always make sure I’m comfortable and understand the pricing.
I scheduled an appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my 2019 Toyota CHR more than a week in advance. As I set an entire day aside for this appointment, I received a voicemail that morning advising that due to the weather delay on the tire delivery, the appointment was canceled and I would have to call back to set up a new appointment. I then received an email stating that I missed my appointment. A new appointment was scheduled for the next day. It was frustrating to have to set aside two days to have tires replaced when the original appointment was scheduled more than a week in advance.

Daniel took really good care of me. He was one of the only service advisors left at the time of day that I arrived there due to an oncoming storm. He worked efficiently making sure my issues were taken care of and if this is the type of service that I will receive at Bommarito I will continue to be a customer

Scott always provides exemplary service. I trust his advice regarding my old ailing vehicle. Despite there frequently being what seems like never-ending taks and customers he needs to attend to he always provides service with a smile and a joke. It is the only reason I continue to have repairs down at the dealership when they can be done at times cheaper at other places. He is your biggest asset in the service department. Hopefully you compensate his adequately for his diligence and loyalty to Bommarito Toyota. He's awesome !
