Karen was very helpful very concerned about my vehicle made me feel welcome very knowledgeable about her job you need more people like Karen working for your company the men out in the garage different story they looked at me like I was stupid didn't ask me anything but stared at me than a young fella came over and asked what I needed I told him I was dropping my car off for a repaint like you couldn't tell by looking at it he checked it in Karen took very good care of me though very nice lady just a wonderful lady I can't believe she was still at work as close as she was to giving that baby but she act like it was nothing her job was more important and nowadays I own my own business and I can't find employees like that and I own a car wash everybody thinks they're worth a million dollars and don't want to work she is very good is her job very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with
