I had an appointment at 11:45, I was informed that I didnt need an oil change just a tire rotation. That took and hour and a half. Then I got my car back and Malik told me there was a nail in my tire and they rotated it to the front and it should have been left on the back side. My car also had greasy hand prints all over it. PAPPA'S TOYOTA never takes more than an hour for my services and my car is always washed when they are finished with it.
