Ramey Toyota is the only dealership I feel comfortable with. I don't trust anyone else.
I really like the people at Ramey Toyota. Sheila always informs me of the items my 4-Runner may need.The restroom and waiting area is always very clean. It is always a pleasant experience when I need my vehicle maintenance done.

Sheila was not the person who oversaw my visit. But I do have a couple of issues I would like to talk to you about.
Was told by the salesman to make an appt to have key programed so I did then the key was mailed to my house the day before my appt . Sheila in service is amazing and cares for her customers
1. No one asked about recommended services. I would have paid to replace the part had someone asked (front sight line). Tbh idk what this is but it said important and fix now? I believe it’s a bulb? Who knows. My phone died and I did not receive the auto text until after it was over. I told the front desk my phone died and I would sit in the lobby for anything needed.
2. No one explained anything. They handed me the receipt and said thanks. I know how to read, but a quick explanation of the items listed would help. I didn’t know if I needed to sign receipt or anything. I had to ask if I was finished? It was slightly awkward for all parties since I stood there waiting on information (do I owe money, do I sign, any issues with car?).
3. Comparative to Moses Toyota in St Albans, service today was lacking. I attribute it to low morale working around Christmas. I received the service, generally, I came for.
The folks at Ramey Toyota are always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They do a great job.
My service was prompt. I was updated during the process. The cost was minimal.
