We were there for almost 2 hours before we were notified that more work needed to be done and that it would take another hour to an hour and a half to complete. We waited in the waiting area the entire time. No one came to let us know anything. I just happened to see a notification on my phone and went to the desk to ask about it. The lady at the desk was not very nice and was not helpful at all. She didn’t seem to care about anything and acted like we were a bother to her. We have had more than one bad experience there during oil changes. The last time our appointment was late in the day and when our car was finished no one let us know. They were closing when someone finally saw us and told us the car was done. The sales department is great but the service department needs some work. No one has all day to sit in the waiting area.

Transmission shifts hard into gear, asked them to reprogram it and they said nothing is wrong with it that’s b.s. I’ll never service my vehicle with Ramey again. I’ll go to L and S Toyota first

I didn't think dealers charged to put license plates on cars when you buy them there. I've bought many Toyotas in Florida and never been charged. Other than that, so far I'm pleased with Rammy.
It was a long wait time just to get oil changed. Also after I pulled out of parking lot and was driving down 460 I noticed something wrong with my hood, I pulled over to check and they did not latch hood all the way.
Oil change took over 2 hours, no reason was given. Will not be bring my vehicle back unless its for warranty issues.
