Sheila was extremely helpful and never flustered. It was a busy day but she took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was and was not going on with my vehicle. She, Lee, and John are a great team and are central to my brand loyalty.

My mother was there from 9:30 am to almost 1 pm for my routine maintenance on my Toyota Highlander. They did not call me like they said that vehicle was finished. They did not call into the waiting area like they did with other patrons either. Then they gave her someone else’s vehicle’s key and said she reached over and took them from the desk, which she did not. And had she done that I am sure something would have been said by the person there! They were rude when she asked a question and insisted the video of inspection on phone worked when didn't and they got upset when she stated she could not hear what was being said in the video on the iPad.
They did not go get her or check her out till I called and asked why she was still there! Then it was she is checking out now, after I was on hold for ten minutes while they then gave her the wrong keys.
I get new systems have glitches, but your customer service should be better than this!
