I requested my cabin filter to be replaced. I wasn’t aware until I got home that the glove box was on the passenger side floor and the “filter cover” was broken.

Shelia was able to work with us to get the Sienna in today because we were unable to make the 8 am appointment time. The service was done quicker than expected and Lee used a floor mat and seat cover to keep our van clean. Much appreciated. Sheila called as soon as the van was finished. This was helpful because we were still out and were able to swing by to grab the van before going back home.
