Sheila is amazing! She worked super hard on my vehicle service. I went in on Friday for what I thought was going to be a simple service, but ended up being more than what I expected. Parts were ordered & vehicle stayed the weekend to be worked on on Monday. Sheila reviewed my account and found the vehicle was still under warranty! This saved me some money & I’m grateful she took the time to look. She is truly an assist to Ramey’s and a reason I keep coming back!

Don’t like the check-in process, 3 times we have been told we didn’t have an extended service agreement, but somehow they always find it when confronted about it. The female definitely could be friendlier, not a pleasant experience
