Staff was friendly and service was quick.
Don’t like the check-in process, 3 times we have been told we didn’t have an extended service agreement, but somehow they always find it when confronted about it. The female definitely could be friendlier, not a pleasant experience

Almost two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. At another Toyota dealership the same service and appointment time only took an hour. Not to mention the service team act as if you are inconveniencing them.
They are always trying to upsale and sale or replace items when not needed and pushing them.

It took 3 times, for them to fix my truck. They just want to change parts and charge me. 3rd time I am thinking it may be fixed. They did treat me good on the 3rd time. I will be back for survives.
