Dash lights went off when I turned lights on. Technician didn't even take the Prius into the bay. I had accidentally turned off the dimmer switch with my knee.

Brought vehicle in because of problem with battery that was installed by this same service center in May. 7 months ago. Supposedly have toyota warranty on battery.
Made to pay for full price terminal replacement and cleaning. Approximately $400. Told the "pads" that come with terminal cleaning are necessary to prevent this from happening again.
Somehow selling me a battery that has such significant problems after 7 months doesn't is not a problem. Presumably a brand new $600 battery would have the necessary pads to prevent corrosion.
Never in my life have I had such a significant problem with a battery less than 2 years old. Never in my life have I been made to pay to fix something that is so new and obviously defective.
I have spent approx8mately $4500 at this service center for this vehicle this year. No reason at all for them to cheap out and rip me off in this way.
Never coming back.

I was left in car for almost 45 minutes to get checked in. They reposted a service of a/c filter cleaning which had been completed after my last appointment some where else. Wasn’t even reverified
