I feel I was significantly overcharged for a simple 4 wheel alignment. I paid $301 after tax for a Camry, which is notably higher than comparable dealerships including Mercedes, where I previously worked in the service department part of which was handling internal billing. $301 for a Toyota Camry is in fact excessive and scammy. As a result, I will not be returning for paid services beyond the complimentary oil changes included with my vehicle.
Additionally, my service advisor (who was also the service manager) was dismissive and condescending throughout our interaction. Despite this being my vehicle, he consistently directed explanations and eye contact toward my boyfriend rather than me. He repeatedly explained basic concepts I had already acknowledged and approved, including continuing to justify the alignment after I had already agreed to it and explained why I hadn’t done it previously.
I intentionally did not disclose my background in automotive service management because I wanted to observe how the interaction unfolded. Unfortunately, the tone and assumptions made were disappointing and frustrating. This whole thing sounds super liberal and feminsit but this was just so glaringly, obviously because I was a female, I can't over look it. My boyfriend was only present to give me a ride home after dropping off my car.
This experience was a reminder of how important it is not to assume what a customer does or doesn’t know. I am theeee person my family relies on when dealing with dealerships, and being treated as if I were stupid was unacceptable.

The service advisor, Amanda, treated me with extreme disrespect and made me feel completely unwelcome. When I tried to ask questions, she had a clear attitude, refused to look at me, and kept staring at her computer as if I didn’t matter at all. On top of that, she made me feel like I should not even be there, telling me to go back to where I bought the car from and strongly pushing back against helping me with my warranty. Her behavior made me feel dismissed, embarrassed, and intentionally pushed away as a customer. This experience was upsetting and unacceptable, and because of how I was treated, I have no intention of returning to Wesley Chapel Toyota.
Larry will very helpful and did a multiple point inspection even though I did not ask for it. I also appreciate Toyota Wesley Chapel taking me without an appointment.
