It is not fair at all that you only offer one way shuttle How come we be able to pick the car up when the service is done I think Toyota has to reconsider to go back and offer to the costumers the fair treatment
Nicole was good but I had a 10:00am appointment for a oil change and didn't get my vehicle until roughly 1:30pm. 3 1/2 hours?? That's ridiculous! Why set appointments if you're going to make me sit there for this atrocious amount of time. Not even one "We apologize for the delay Mr. Sampson."
Amanda was very helpful and great to work with she informed me what needs to be done to get my car running right but unfortunately I couldn't the price tag giving for the repairs at this time.
