I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and got a text recommending $2700 worth of work. The text made it sound like these were emergency safety items, but when I reviewed the video of the mechanic’s walkthrough, it was clear than none of them were immediate concerns.
I don’t appreciate this high pressure sales tactic. I’ve trusted you guys for decades with my cars, but this is going too far.
Rick is always kind honest and listens to my concerns. He is the only service adviser I will always use You are lucky to have him he is definitely an asset to your company

Jarad was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the possible issue with the car, texted me the issue that was found, investigated and found that the extended warranty can be applied and had the sensors replaced.
