Rick was very professional and thorough in explaining certain aspects of what was done during service to my vehicle. He then walked us over to one of the managers to ensure LoJack was properly up and running. The issue with LoJack took a while, but the manager, Michael, made sure the issues were all resolved before we left. He even sat in my car with me to make sure my phone & gps were reconnected. Now that’s proper customer service and support! Very much appreciated.????

I request Rick Davis each time as he shoots me straight. Today, I had a sizable list of service recommendations totaling over $1,500 but didn’t flinch to pay as I know he keeps everything above board.

Nyah did an excellent job with the situation she was delt during my service visit. She explained all of the items. The fact that my brake caliper was broken during the installation of new rotors and pads had no bearing on her service. In fact she went above and beyond to help me. I was not satisfied at all with how the intermediary manager handled the situation with her lack of empathy or tone and completely blamed me that the broken brake caliper was my fault. Thankfully, the senior manager rectified the situation. I really appreciate that. The senior manger understands customer service and loyalty. This is my third Toyota vehicle and I have never had anything like this happen. Right or wrong….the senior manager rectified the situation and saved me being a Toyota customer. That is the facts! Nyah did an amazing job!

Customer service quality that is rare today. I commend Damian’s communication skills and his follow through for his customer. It’s refreshing to know that service on my vehicle is being handled so thoroughly by Damian on my behalf.
The vehicle was brought in for pulling to the right and this only started after its 1st vehicle maintenance. I was told they performed another front end alignment, test drove it and it no longer pulls to the right.
On my way home the vehicle still pulls to the right.
I called back, spoke to a service rep, explained all this and requested I be provided a loaner until this issue is resolved. I was told I will be contacted by a service rep.
Currently waiting for that call back.
This is not the first time this vehicle has had this issue. It had it when I bought it new and I had to return it to service on 2 separate occasions to get it resolved and now after its first service it is happening again.
Damian was wonderful. Recommended me what needs to be done and was very informative and communicative about my service. Would highly recommend!
Amanda Velez is excellent in today's maintenance service of my Camry car. She is the best in comparison with others in my car service experiences at Wesley Chapel Toyota for long time.
