Nyah was so kind and helpful loved having her help!
I made an appointment for 9:30. I showed up at 9:20 and was checked in at 9:32 which was the easy part. I was getting an oil change and the normal inspection. I was there till 12:00 for an oil change. The paperwork was given to me without any discussion and I left. When I looked at the paperwork it says the check engine light is on, which I could see that!! No offer to fix it, no explanation of why it is on or how to fix it. The paperwork had a price for something of $238 but I don’t know what that will do because no one said anything. I am not sure why an appointment is made if I have to sit there for two and half hours anyway.
She explained everything in detail , very customer service oriented and just made the service experience very pleasant.

This was my first time taking my vehicle in for service. I was pleased with the guidance from the initial staff to the service advisor and service tech.
They were courtious, helpful and kind. I felt very very much at home.

My tech and the service were good…but every time I am there it feels like high pressure to perform very expensive “maintenance.” I’ve been there three times with a 2024 Tundra (less than two years old) and you have recommended nearly $1800 in service. It really makes me reconsider whether my truck was a good purchase or I should go back to Ford when this one hits 30,000 miles.

Daniel was very good about keeping me appraised of what was happening what you thought needed to happen and whether I was okay with these maintenance issues. He was very good about explaining everything to me. I'm very pleased with Wesley chapel Toyota and with Daniel McSwiggin
Mason and the entire team are fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about them!!! Fast excellent service and I love the detailed reports. He listened to all my concerns and really helped walked me through it and addressed everything. Mason is really awesome and helpful and trustworthy. They were really fast every time I called for an appointment or came to pick up my car or needed any help every times I’ve been there. I will always come here for any car needs. Thank you all for several great experiences !!!

Mason was awesome as always in taking care of my car’s issues. His professionalism is exemplary…friendly, courteous and explains the issues clearly. He communicates and updates me throughout the day or everyday if my car stayed in the shop for more than a few days to let know the progress.
