Cesar is great. But the wait for the oil change was a little bit much. 2 1/2 hours is a little unsettling. But overall the dealership service is excellent. The Valets also work extremely hard to take care of customers. That was a new experience but greatly appreciated. Respectfully Mike A

Richard was wonderful from start to finish. Another Toyota is nearer my home but I like the way I am treated at Wesley Chapel—so it’s worth the extra drive!

I called in to see if cesar had left my keys with sales so i could pick my car up after 8 as he told me he could do if I couldn’t make it by 8 since sales is open later , and the women who answered tge phone was extremely rude and told me Cesar had already left for the day there was only one person available in service and they were busy and she didn’t know if they would be able to call me back to let me know where my keys were and she was unable to find out if they were passed on to sales because they were on the other side of the building , all she could tell me was they they closed at 8 . I called bavk and the guy who answered got my number and was able to find out they had been given to sales and was very helpful.
