Awesome experience. My vehicle has only 26000 miles when I got a dash alert for engine maintenance. It was a coolant valve. Initially the estimate was $798. However after Nicole my service representative checked with the service Manager they found there was a technical bulletin regarding this failure (possibly a future recall?). My part was replaced at no charge. This is the kind of thing that makes my next buy at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Nicole was awesome. It was a Saturday and I did not know service closed at 5, so I went out for dinner. Got the call at 4:50 my car was done and they would close soon. Nicole took care of everything. I picked up keys from sales desk later and the RAV was waiting out front. Thank you
