I asked for the "flow shut off vlave coolant leak" notice to be addressed, as that was the letter we received.It was not addressed. Instead recall 23TA15 was addressed. Thank you for that however, what about the flow shut off valve?

I appreciate being kept in the loop of everything that was going on and being able to choose what services were going to be completed that day. Honestly, the only thing that would have made it better is coffee. I had to settle with a soda out of the pop/ candy machine but coffee would have been much better.Service was what we have come to appreciate from a Toyota Dealership, top notch.

Amanda was the best service tech that I’ve had since I’ve been coming to you and that’s been for 10 years. I was very disappointed the last time I was in there, but she has made up for it. I will be back. She needs a raise or be promoted
