Service was fine, but I have a problem with paying $747.32 in labor for 2 to 2 1/2 hours of total work.
Donald Sherwood is great. I never feel like he is trying to sell me something and because of that, I feel I can trust him. It’s great also that he’s there and I like having to deal with the same person and not different employees who don’t know me. He’s very professional and polite and I feel his direction is very effective in what I need to do with my car. Thank you for having a very good employee who is professional and knows his business at Toyota and who cares about what I need for my car. Very much appreciated that.
