Service advisor Don was great. I am unhappy that I have to dispute my charges on the service done with Toyota corporate. This was a known brake issue and had a warranty that I was never advised of because Don stated it was not a recall. This brake issue could have been deadly since I was advised my brakes would have just stopped working. No one was willing to reach out to see if an exception could be made. I was just advised to go to the website to submit my complaint.
Excellent work. He explained everything in detail and looked for the best service for our car needs.

Richard was great and very detailed. The price of 160 dollars to mount the new tires seems a little steep to me but Richard had no control over that. Also when u spend over a thousand dollars, getting charged another 100 bucks for an oil change seems steep. Maybe throw in a free one when a long time service customer spends that much money

I feel like I was greeted by a salesman with an agenda. Had I been accompanied by a man who understood the art of up charging I would not have driven away feeling like I had been taken advantage of and with no desire to return.
I made an appointment for 3:00 to get my tire changed and my wife was the one who was able to take the car. I am out of town for business so when I found out that from 3:00 to 7:00 my wife was sitting there. Waiting for the vehicle to be done was extremely upsetting because it was only for a tire change or patch really because they didn't change the tire. They just patched it up. That was extremely ridiculous
