Poor service, carelessness in not sending a text message when the vehicle was ready for delivery. Carelessness in not changing the sticker for the next maintenance change. I had to inform him so he could do it.
We wait for 1.30 hours and they dont touch the car. Dissapointed. We left.
Repair pricing is insulting high, parts and labor are both extremely inflated. 100% of my non-warranty items will be handled elsewhere.

I waited over 2 hours for a wheel balancing. They left the old service sticker on my windshield.

A full two hours for an oil change. The customer rep informed me at check in that service was running long. It would have been better if the person that set the appointment would have told me about their shortage of personnel. This is why customers do not return to dealers for their maintenance.

The actual service was good — they replaced the correct lightbulb (the one for when the car is in reverse). However, the communication wasn’t great. I had an appointment and dropped off my car at 9:30 AM, and I was told it would take a maximum of 2 hours. After 3 hours passed with no updates, I called them, and only then did they seem to take action. Coincidentally, the car was ready about an hour later — which is roughly how long it should have taken in the first place.
I understand there can be backlogs, but if that’s the case, what’s the point of making an appointment or giving an estimated time? Also, considering the simplicity of the work done, the price felt way too high. Overall, while the job was completed properly, the communication and pricing left me disappointed.
Service technician was okay but wait time for an oil change was 3 hours. No transparency or ETA

I explained to the person what I needed when I made the appt but hog. Different story when I arrived. The rescheduled for next week and I had to insist to get them to do oil chg today. Did not appreciate sales calling me re purchasing or trading my car!!! They were not aware of coverage I have for round trip service got next week when the said they need my car all day. Added a lot of extra work they wanted to do today. At end had me sign two papers and covered details so not visible what I was signing. :(
The issue I went to the dealership to fix was not fixed. I need to speak with the team in charge of fixing my truck asap.
