I don’t understand what’s the point of having an appointment set up, if when you get there on time for your appointment you still have to wait to have someone check you in ?? What’s the whole purpose of setting up an appointment if your staff isn’t going to be ready when client shows up!

Waited almost twenty minutes at wich don never came out. A different advisor came out and then I was informed that the recall would take three hours wich I was not informed when the appointment was scheduled. Three hours I was texted that the vehicle was finished. Don never did come talk to me only when signing papers. I always talk well of the dealership but today was not a great experience. The total vibe with the staff did not seem the same. Hopefully things change or my wife and I will be going elsewhere.

I had bad experiences with other Toyota dealerships in the area, and this was the best by far. It started with Alex. I will be back, and recommend Wesley chapel Toyota to anyone who would like a similar experience.
