I got off to a bit of a rocky start with this service appt. I arrived at the service lane at 9:15, my appt time. I was expecting the service advisor I had requested but was told that Nicole would be my advisor. I waited 15 minutes until Nicole came out. She wrote up my car problem and said it might be 1 1/2 hours until they could look at my car. I sat in the lobby for almost 4 hours without any updates. My husband came and picked me up. My anxiety level was very high as I expected that there was some catastrophic problem with the hybrid system in my car. I finally received an update on my car and a call from Nicole that the problem with my car was minor and it would be fixed soon. I was very thankful for this. As I knew I needed new tires, Nicole ordered them and they were installed today. Other than the long wait time for information, my interactions with Nicole were great. She was very pleasant and inspired my confidence.
Mason was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and did a good job at keeping me informed of the status of the work being done on my car. He handled a very unusual situation with the utmost care and concern. His efforts and consideration should be acknowledged and appreciated by his superiors. Wesley Chapel Toyota is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
Mr Sherwood was extremely helpful in getting my car serviced. He explained what I should expect in getting my car serviced. Very professional.
