Brought my truck in for oil change and knew I needed new tires. He gave me some options I was able to research to find what worked best for me. When my stepson came to pick me up he had an emergency brake issue with his Prerunner. Without hesitation, Joe got his Prerunner into service and arranged a rental for us. I came in to get an inspection on a car i just bought a week ago. Amandas customer service was amazing and the team made me feel comfortable however, an employee (not amanda) notified me they had over 100+ service appointments that day with 15 mechanics. I waited THREE hours for my car to just be inspected which could have taken an hour MAX. Three hours of my day wasted sitting in a waiting room. During this 3 hours i received NO update until i myself reached out to my service provider and only then did i feel like they were rushing to get me out. I feel you guys need to stop accepting so many damn appointments. I understand being backed up but THREE HOURS? for an inspection? absolutely ridiculous.

I was there for an hour and a half to have the oil changed and a filter changed. That's a long time. I know that the technicians were busy and I made an appointment. So perhaps you need to not make so many appointments?
2 1/2 hrs for oil change and wiper blades replacement. Too long of a wait.

I am always graded by very friendly and efficient service advisors. They let me know what I need immediately and what is needed down the road and let’s me decide what I want to do that day or do I want to hold off on a service until the next time I come in I trust their judgment I don’t feel like they’re trying to sell me. I feel like they’re trying to do what’s best for the car and that is their job. I am always happy to get my service done because it’s very quick and very comfortable while I wait.
