Nicole got me in and out so I could make my appointment. She listened to my concerns and worked with the Tech ( Derrick) to address my concerns.
My service representative was extremely helpful. I had a nice visit.

I was not notified that my car was ready on a timely manner. I was told that the service department is not allowed to “interrupt “ the sales associate even though, I repeatedly told the sales advisor that I was NOT going to be buying a car that day. The service department kept me in the dark about the status of my car until 3.5hrs later when I went to them to inquire about my car only to find out that it had been ready for a while. I was very upset at that moment because my time is also valuable and I spent more time than I had to. I don’t like these tactics and because of this reason, Wesley Chapel Toyota will not be where I go when I’m ready to buy a car and I doubt I will be going back for service.

The cost was very expensive. Why don’t you send any coupon deals for the people who get their car service at your dealership? this would make your customers happier and want to go back to your service for next time.
Your website is terrible. I was in the Service section and a pop up asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I said yes and filled out the form. Turns out that I made an appointment for a test drive. So I arrived early and Don was able to work me in. This is the second time your website screwed me up. I’m just going to call on the phone from now on. It is too bad that you can’t figure this out. There are a lot of good website designers looking for work.
I was there 3 hours just to get the oil changed in my RAV4 every one nice and polite but that’s too long way to long. When you have 2:30 appointment and it’s 5:30 when they have you ready to leave that’s to long to wait and they know you are waiting for it.
