I came in for our 20,000 complimentary service, with a 8:30 appointment. We were assigned a service rep, Daniel. They found a “nail,” in one of the tires. We waited for over 31/2 hours , from 8:30 to almost 12:30. Still no feedback on when our car would be ready. No feedback until I started to complain. And to be more upsetting, we were presented with a bill for $615.23. Over 3 hours for “oil change, tire , tire rotation, alinement on our 2023 RAV4? From 8:30 to almost midday?

My appointment was 9 am Didn’t talk to a advisor until 9:42 am I believe Mason was with a upset customer Someone else should have helped me I don’t mind waiting but 42 minutes is a little excessive

El servicio fue excelente lo único es que cuando iba de camino para la casa dos gomas indicaban 36 una indicaba 35 y la otra indica 34 no sé si tengo que visitarlos nuevamente gracias el personal es excelente
