When arriving for my scheduled appointment, I informed my advisor that I have a medical appointment that I would need to make sure I was out of the door by 9am, giving 1 1/2 hours to service my vehicle. I also informed my advisor that I ONLY want my oil changed because that is what I schedule, I take my car elsewhere to get my tires rotated, and I didn’t have the time to get the two additional recommend services. As the time approached 8:52am, I went to speak to my advisor to ask how long until my vehicle was ready. He stated that he will ask because they are working on alignment for my vehicle since I purchased the lifetime alignment and wouldn’t have to pay for it. 1. My advisor DID NOT discuss with me after the inspection that my vehicle would need an alignment. 2. My advisor DID NOT ask if it was okay for them to do additional work on my vehicle that I DID NOT approve or ask for. I seem to have so many issues with this specific location every single time I get my car serviced and I always leave dissatisfied. I have had my vehicle for 10 years, have got my vehicle serviced at many Toyota dealerships around the United States and it has never taken them over an hour to complete just an oil change. Now what if something happens to my vehicle due to Toyota’s fault because they did not consult with me about services that I did not approve of?
