I don’t understand making an appointment, getting there on time, and still waiting 3hours for an oil change. The idea of an appointment is to not wait around. The idea of the appointment is that you will be ready for me when I get there. If you need 3 hours from my appointment time to be ready, then tell me to come three hours later.
