The wait time in my car was 15 to 20 minutes. The wait time for my service that usually takes 30 - 45 minutes was almost 1 1/2 hrs no communication in the lobby. My wife had to call to request the assigned person contact me.. and then additional time was for fluid top off that was recommended by Toyota? A little disappointed in my appointment today, but other appointments were much better

The service has been amazing, Richard is very helpful and very professional. I live in hudson and travel to Toyota of wesley chapel for any issues I have with my truck. I dont trust any other dealer to touch my truck.

I mentioned there was an issue with the tire sensor or tire showing low air. Appeared to be ok when I left the garage but the next day sensor was showing low tire pressure in one tire. According to the App on my phone two of the tires were at lower air pressure—2@ 32, 1 @30, and one @ 29. Dash was showing low pressure again. Tires were rotated so not sure if the pressure was checked. Maybe issue with sensors. Apparently this issue was not addressed.

I was very impressed with Damian Griswold. He was very approachable knowledgeable and intelligent! He made me feel very comfortable.
