Our vehicle was serviced in less than an hour.
it took 4 1/2 hours to get a oil change and a tire rotation that’s way too long when you have an appointment. I had an 8:45 appointment got there at 8:30 and didn’t leave until 1:15 almost 1:30, I had to ask for updates throughout the day, never given unless I asked and I had to ask for multi inspection sheet at the end which normally that’s given automatically.
During my service I had to have a tire replaced. The tire that was put on was not the same as the other 3.Very disappointed in having mismatched tires. Richard said he would look into getting the correct tire. Have not heard anything yet.
Appreciated that he didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Seems like a pretty good guy.

Rick was outstanding, went for my oil change and a few others issues were found that needed to be fixed immediately or would have gave me bigger issues in the future. He explained everything in detail and gave me a time frame for the fix .
