Today I had an appointment at 8:45am for free wiper blades and installation. This appointment was communicated to me by 3 people that the total time would be between 15-20 minutes. This was mentioned by the woman who called and offered the deal, the check-in attendant and the service manager. The appointment was over 30 min and I had to go to my service manager and tell him to please give me back my car even if the wipers were not installed bc the time spent was significantly off. I had a previously scheduled meeting that was late for due to the inaccuracy of the estimate time. I feel like this was merely a ploy to get me in the door for Wesley Chapel Toyota to review my car and look for items that needed replacement to upsell me. I was very disappointed with today’s service and may think about other dealerships for my future service or buying needs.

It’s okay, I understand the possibility of last minute emergencies or staffing shortages causing delay of service for others. Had an 11:30a appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Three hours later the service was completed. Just keep the customer informed should there be any backups or delays. TU

Rick has, as always, been a phenomenal representative of Toyota. He has made a cooperation feel like the hands on guidance, assistance and attention feel like a small business’s level of attention. He is one of the main reasons I drove past two Toyota dealerships for years.
