Good morning. My advisor was good. No complaints at all, knowledgeable and helpful. However this is the 3rd time taking my vehicle and getting still a message on panel stating “maintenance required. Check charging system?” I am a travel nurse. This vehicle is my work vehicle, it’s feels so unsafe as I don’t know regardless how much I paid $$ is this is correct, if the work was done as it stated on discharge summary. It’s not right at all ! It seems to me it’s nothing from your standpoint however it’s simply a lack of service and customer service also an outcome after rushing out customers to reach certain goals. It was reported that my coolant system was completely empty and yet nothing could be added to avoid engine problems until I could drive to the auto parts store. I find that unprofessional to send a customer away knowing their car could be damaged.
Joe treats us well every time and the vehicle was ready when he said it would be.
Amanda Velez, my Service Advisor, as always provided impeccable customer service. Always cares about me as a person and the health of my vehicle. She never takes advantage and always tries to save me some money whenever possible. And I didn’t even have to wait too long.

I brought my car in for its 25,000 service and it was noticed that it was recommended that I purchase a lifetime alignment. On the drive home after the service I noticed that my car was pulling to the right. I immediately called Nyah and she promptly got me back in the service department to correct the situation. Nyah is very good at her position and cares about her customers.
