Michael was very attentive and made me feel appreciated as a returning customer. I have only owned Toyotas for the last 30 years! I also appreciate Beto in the parts department. He is always friendly and helpful if I need something and I also trust Sam Upton as he was my first salesman and now for finance needs. Also a shout out to Frank who always finds time to say hello when he sees me. And also Scott who always has time to say hello and make me smile and feel welcome.

Mike is the best, and the main reason I continue to go to this location for service even if it's out of the way for me...and even if there have been times when service was not the best, but Mike made sure things were rectified.
When I arrived, I was asked by a gentleman who did I have an appointment with when I made my appointment on the phone they never gave me a name of an individual to say that I had an appointment with. Roberto stepped right in and helped me. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything that I needed for my vehicle that day. I relayed my problem to him, and he intern said that he would speak with the management about the problem.. He came and checked on me and let me know that my vehicle was being serviced, and it was going to take a certain amount of time and when it was done, he surprised me with the fact that he had my vehicle washed that day as a result I I purchased the service plan and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

DW Toyota has a great asset with Jesus (Alejandro) being a service writer. Until recently, I’ve had the security of going to my local Los Angeles dealership but was unfortunately displaced due to the recent January LA Fires. My truck got crashed and transmission was damaged by a local mechanic after the brakes were replaced (and failed!) and I towed it to this dealership to be evaluated for repairs. I barely got out of the tow truck and he came over with Bryan and was very friendly, helpful and was a wealth of knowledge and guidance during such a stressful time in my life. I was regularly updated during the evaluation and am so relieved to have a Toyota dealership that I can trust and will provide me great service.
He was courteous, answered all of my questions and made my visit more productive

I’ve waited for 3 hours for a full vehicle inspection which can be done for at least 30 mins to 1 hour. Didn’t even check my suspension which I expected for them to see so can have them repaired/replaced. Not a good experience for me.

I was told my car should be ready in 2 hours. I stayed there 2 and half hours and went to ask if my car was ready and at that point is we service person went to check on my car to see if it was done. While I was waiting on her to give me an update I walked out side where I dropped my car off and saw that my car was still there and that they didn’t even started to work on my car and at that time it was 3 hours already. I didn’t even get my car serviced because I had an appointment I need to be at. This is not acceptable how could they give me a time frame to get done and not even start to work on my car. Very poor customer service!!!
