Not honest people
I bought new rav4 and supposed to be new
Then later i found its not new its used by someone else for 400 miles
I have the proof of it
I was told my car should be ready in 2 hours. I stayed there 2 and half hours and went to ask if my car was ready and at that point is we service person went to check on my car to see if it was done. While I was waiting on her to give me an update I walked out side where I dropped my car off and saw that my car was still there and that they didn’t even started to work on my car and at that time it was 3 hours already. I didn’t even get my car serviced because I had an appointment I need to be at. This is not acceptable how could they give me a time frame to get done and not even start to work on my car. Very poor customer service!!!

Jesus was very professional took my car and pretty soon he told me about the problems. Repairs cost and time. My car was tgere for a good days getting diagnostic propertly. My car was fix. My plan of payments were taking care. Thank you Jesus for all your help and eforts to keep the communication going.
Was in & out of there in about 30 to 45 minutes!!! Unheard of!! Was helped out of my car by the name of a trainee whose name was ALexander, due to the fact I was in a lot of pain recovering from a back fracture!!! He was sooo respectful, thoughtful & kind!!! Kelly was also very professional & helpful!!!
This is my third Toyota Camry with what was Fletcher Jones years back & now David Wilson!! It took me an hour to get there & an hour back but that is the only Dealership that I have & would have service my car!!!
Every thing was very well done and on time, no waiting and Beny was very professional with me

I was disappointed about the coupon I presented at the time I dropped off my 2012 Camry SE at the service department. Eduardo pointed out the small print indicating that the discount applies to 2016 and newer. Is there a way your company can bold that part of the coupon? He ended up giving us a discount on your synthetic oil change price. Thank you Eduardo.
